UV Stabilized Artificial Topiary
Working closely with the interior designer, Susan McDonald, from the VAMC, San Diego, Make Be-Leaves created a refreshing, inviting UV exterior artificial plantscape for the 2nd level exterior courtyard of the facility. Due to a combination of weight-bearing restrictions and challenges in maintaining live plantings, UV stabilized artificial topiaries, UV flowers and a custom UV boxwood wall were the perfect solutions.
Exterior Courtyard Faux Plants
The custom UV double-ball artificial boxwood topiaries dressed with a UV flowering base plantings provided elegant focal pieces in the courtyard space. And the combination of UV faux trailing pink azalea window box plantings, UV artificial bougainvillea trellis plantings – and the striking UV boxwood wall, with potted UV white gardenias brought the whole plantscaping design together. Sturdy exterior fiberglass planters were selected in both square and rectangle styles.
The UV artificial boxwood wall is constructed on lightweight 6″ gridded powder-coated metal backing for easy attachment to any type of walls.
