RELATED, a global real estate development company, partnered with Make Be-Leaves to design and build custom artificial plantings for the new 17-story Weingart Towers in downtown Los Angeles. Our team worked closely with the developer to ensure the finished installations complemented the modern architecture.
Precision fit for custom geometric planters.
To achieve a perfect fit, we made a site visit and created detailed templates for each planter. These templates allowed us to design mixed faux succulent plantings that aligned precisely with the geometric shapes of the built-ins. As a result, every section fit seamlessly into place
Durable, lifelike plantings for lasting impact.
We built each planting on a styrofoam and plywood base structure. This method provided strength, ensured long-term stability, and allowed the plantings to be installed securely. The lifelike succulent arrangements add warmth, texture, and color to the large main-floor spaces.
By enhancing the open common areas, these custom artificial plantings created an inviting atmosphere for both residents and visitors. In addition, they deliver the beauty of natural greenery without ongoing maintenance.
